IT MARKETING EXECUTIVE

Job Title: IT Marketing Executive
Department: Sales & Marketing

Location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh

Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented IT Marketing Executive to promote our software and ERP solutions, generate new business leads, manage client relationships, and support the sales process from lead generation to conversion.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new leads through calling, email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and other marketing channels.

• Identify and approach potential customers for IT software and ERP solutions.

• Understand customer requirements and explain suitable software solutions.

• Schedule and coordinate software demos and client meetings.

• Follow up with prospects and maintain regular communication.

• Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and product information.

• Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, meetings, and sales activities.

• Convert qualified leads into customers and achieve monthly sales targets.

• Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

• Coordinate with the technical team for product demonstrations and customer requirements.

• Participate in digital marketing and promotional activities.

• Collect market feedback and identify new business opportunities.

Required Skills

• Good verbal and written communication skills.

• Good knowledge of Hindi and English.

• Basic understanding of IT products, software, and ERP solutions.

• Good convincing, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Strong follow-up and client-handling skills.

• Knowledge of MS Office, Email, WhatsApp, and basic CRM tools.

• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.

Qualification

• Graduate in any discipline.

• MBA/PGDM in Marketing or Sales will be an advantage.

• Candidates with IT/software sales experience will be preferred.

Experience

0–3 years of experience in IT Sales, Software Marketing, B2B Sales, or Business Development.

Freshers with good communication and sales skills may also apply.

• Number of new leads generated

• Number of qualified leads

• Client meetings and software demos

• Follow-up conversion rate

• New customers acquired

• Monthly sales/revenue achieved

• Customer relationship and retention

Preferred Candidate

A proactive, confident, target-oriented professional who is comfortable communicating with business owners, managers, and decision-makers and has a strong interest in IT Software & ERP Sales.
