Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Executive to manage our social media channels, create high-quality content, and support overall brand-building activities for Urja Mobility. The ideal candidate should be strong in visual storytelling, content planning, and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

• Handle daily posting acros, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.

• Create monthly social media calendars aligned with brand goals.

• Respond to comments, DMs, and engage with followers.

• Track social media performance and share insights for improvement.

Content Creation

• Create engaging posts, reels, videos, stories, product highlights, customer testimonials, etc.

• Write creative captions, short articles, and brand copies.

• Collaborate with internal teams to shoot product photos/videos.

• Maintain content folders, brand assets, and ensure consistent branding.

Brand Marketing

• Support brand-building activities including product promotions, dealer stories, and company updates.

• Conduct competitor research and stay updated on trending formats.

• Help in creating brochures, flyers, and corporate presentations (basic).

• Ensure brand tone, look & feel is consistent across all platforms.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Media, or similar field.

• 1–3 years of experience in social media or content roles (freshers with strong portfolios may apply).

• Proficiency in Canva/CapCut/Adobe tools.

• Strong writing & communication skills.

• Creative mindset with a good sense of design and storytelling.
