🔹 POSITION 1: Marketing Executive

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Executive to join our team to promote our IPR legal services and generate client leads.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute online and offline marketing campaigns
• Promote Trademark, Copyright & Design Registration services
• Coordinate with clients and internal legal team
• Handle BTL marketing activities and business promotions
• Generate leads and maintain client database
• Manage social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube)
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Build brand awareness of the firm

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Qualification: Graduate (BBA / BMS / B.Com / Marketing background preferred)
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing & AI tools
• Strong communication and convincing skills
• Creative mindset and professional approach

🔹 POSITION 2: Legal Intern (IPR)

Internship Description:

We are offering an internship opportunity for law students interested in Intellectual Property Rights (IPR).

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in drafting Trademark, Copyright & Design applications
• Conduct trademark searches and legal research
• Prepare case summaries and documentation
• Assist in replying to examination reports
• Support filing and follow-up work

Requirements:

• Law Student (3rd Year onwards for 5-year course / Final Year for 3-year course)
• Basic knowledge of IPR laws
• Good drafting and research skills
• Attention to detail and professional conduct
