Marketing Executive

Job Description:

1.       Green Channel Management: Handle end-to-end processes for Green Channel conferences, ensuring timely approvals and compliance. Coordinate with internal stakeholders for smooth execution of Green Channel initiative.

2.       National-Level Conferences (Acute): Plan, organize, and execute national-level conferences for key therapy areas. Liaise with vendors, agencies, and internal teams for logistics, budgeting, and timely delivery. Ensure adherence to compliance and documentation standards for all events.

3.       Additional Responsibilities: Assist strategy team in routine operational tasks related to conferences, doctor engagements, patient support programs and data analysis

4.       Maintain accurate records in Excel and communicate updates to RSM, SM, DGM, and PMT.

5.       Support in raising indents and coordinating with Purchase Team and vendors for inputs delivery pertaining to strategy initiatives only.

6.       Manage SAP Ariba and digital portals & processes including new vendor registration, document uploads, and follow-ups.
