Job Overview

METRO GROUP by Aditya Developer is looking for a proactive and result-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support marketing, sales, and customer coordination activities across our real estate projects. The role requires close coordination with customers, investors, site teams, and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities (KRA)

Follow up with customers for payments, bookings, and pending dues.

Prepare allotment documents for all project sites in coordination with the respective HOD.

Meet customers and investors to understand property requirements and support deal finalization in coordination with HOD.

Actively participate in marketing planning and execution activities.

Coordinate marketing events, promotions, exhibitions, and campaigns.

Collect data from multiple sources and share qualified leads with the Marketing team.

Visit project sites with prospective customers and coordinate site visits.

Follow up with prospects for site visits, negotiations, and finalization.

Handle client coordination and customer support through enquiries received via various channels.

Prepare and circulate Minutes of Meetings (MOMs) for relevant meetings.

Required Skills

Strong communication and coordination skills

Customer handling and follow-up experience

Basic understanding of real estate sales and marketing

Ability to work closely with HODs and cross-functional teams

Willingness for site visits and fieldwork

Basic documentation and reporting skills

Qualification & Experience

Graduate (MBA/PG in Marketing preferred)

1–4 years of experience in marketing coordination / sales support

Real estate industry experience will be an added advantage
