Job Title: Marketing Executive – Field Sales

Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Marketing Executive – Field Sales to promote our products/services, generate new business opportunities, and maintain strong relationships with clients. The candidate will be responsible for meeting potential customers in the field, achieving sales targets, and expanding the company’s market presence.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities through field visits and cold calling.
Meet prospective customers to present and promote company products/services.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
Conduct market research to identify customer needs and competitor activities.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations.
Negotiate contracts and close deals.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and submit regular reports.
Participate in promotional activities, campaigns, and trade shows as required.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in field sales or marketing (Freshers with strong communication skills may apply).
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
