We are looking for a proactive, well-connected, and result-driven professional who can independently build and scale brand collaborations, influencer partnerships, and PR initiatives.

🔑 Role Overview
You will lead and execute influencer collaborations, brand partnerships, and PR initiatives while ensuring strong brand representation and successful campaign delivery.

💼 Key Responsibilities
🔹 Brand Collaborations & Partnerships
✔ Identify, onboard & manage brand collaborations and sponsorships
✔ Handle end-to-end influencer outreach & deal closures
✔ Manage negotiations, commercials & deliverables
✔ Build partnerships with influencers, creators & industry leaders
🔹 PR, Outreach & Podcasts
✔ Execute PR initiatives for brand & Director visibility
✔ Manage podcast outreach & collaboration opportunities
✔ Strengthen brand presence via media & creator partnerships
🔹 Campaign Management
✔ Plan & execute campaigns from outreach to closure
✔ Monitor deliverables & performance tracking
✔ Conduct post-campaign analysis & ensure brand satisfaction
🔹 Brand Building & Representation
✔ Maintain & update brand kit (media kit, pitch decks, credentials)
✔ Ensure consistent brand positioning & professional representation
🔹 Social Media & Industry Awareness
✔ Build relationships across social platforms
✔ Stay updated on trends, algorithms & influencer marketing insights

✅ Requirements
✔ Minimum 2+ years in Influencer Marketing / Brand Partnerships
✔ Must have handled at least 4 brand campaigns end-to-end
✔ Strong network with brands, influencers & agencies
✔ Proven experience closing deals independently
✔ Excellent negotiation & relationship management skills
✔ Confident communication & professional presentation
✔ Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously

💰 Compensation
💸 ₹35,000 – ₹45,000 per month
🎯 Performance-based incentives (closures & campaign success)
