We are looking for a high-energy Business Development Intern for a 3-month unpaid internship. This is a hands-on "launchpad" where you will help us architect our growth from the ground up.
Your mission:
Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients who need an "Out D Box" transformation.
Market Research: Analyze trends to help us "flip the script" on traditional business strategies.
Relationship Building: Assist in engaging with potential customers and stakeholders to build professional connections.
Support Strategy: Help the team create materials and strategies to reach our organizational goals.
Creative Fire: You have an entrepreneurial mindset and aren't afraid to question the obvious.
Respectfully Real: You speak with honesty, take accountability, and view feedback as a gift.
Proactive: You are a self-starter who thrives in a "Purpose, not Pressure" environment.
Communication: Strong verbal and written skills to represent our "Premium with Personality" brand.
Background: Currently pursuing or have completed a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Unmatched Experience: Gain invaluable experience building a startup during its "seeding stage".
Direct Mentorship: Have a seat at the table with direct access to the founder and team leads.
