We are looking for a Welder to join our team Anil Balaji Steel The role involves operating machinery, assembling products and maintaining quality standards on the production floor. This position offers an in-hand salary of ₹15000 - ₹18000 and an opportunity to be part of a growing and essential industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform MIG, TIG, ARC, and Gas welding as per project requirements.

  • Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.

  • Fabricate and assemble metal structures, frames, pipelines, and components.

  • Set up welding machines, select appropriate materials, and determine welding procedures.

  • Conduct cutting, grinding, fitting, and finishing of metal pieces.

  • Inspect welds for accuracy, quality, and structural strength; repair defects if needed.

  • Maintain tools, welding machines, and safety gear in proper working condition.

  • Follow all safety protocols, including PPE usage, machine handling, and fire safety compliance.

  • Collaborate with supervisors and quality teams to ensure production standards.

  • Maintain records of work completed and report any equipment issues

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Welding certification (ITI Welder / NCVT / AWS certification).and 4 - 6+ years of experience in manufacturing or a related field. Attention to detail, physical stamina and ability to follow instructions are very important for this role.
