  Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment

  • Assemble, pack and inspect products as per company guidelines

  • Maintain records and manage tool room inventory

  • Perform preventive maintenance to avoid downtime

  • Ensure safety and quality standards are followed

  • Collaborate with teams for tool improvements and new mold trials

• Working Hours

• 6 days working

• 8 hours duty + overtime (4 hours daily, paid extra)

Stipend & Benefits

• Stipend: ₹16,000 per month

• Overtime: Paid separately as per company policy

• Subsidized meals: 1 meal, 2 tea, and 1 snack daily

• Transport: Available at discounted rate from Bhiwadi & Tappukhera

Job Role

• Perform welding tasks in auto component manufacturing

• Operate welding machines and tools safely

• Support production activities as per supervisor’s instructions
