Welder

Position: MIG/TIG Welder
Experience: 1–3 Years
Industry: Manufacturing / Fabrication
Location: Butibori

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform MIG and TIG welding on stainless steel, mild steel, and other metal components.

• Read and understand engineering drawings, blueprints, and welding symbols.

• Set up welding machines and select appropriate materials for welding processes.

• Ensure strong, clean, and defect-free welds as per quality standards.

• Handle fabrication, grinding, cutting, and finishing activities when required.

• Inspect welded surfaces and structures to identify flaws or defects.

• Follow safety procedures and maintain welding equipment properly.

• Coordinate with production and quality teams for timely completion of work.

Required Skills:

• Good knowledge of MIG & TIG welding techniques.

• Ability to read technical drawings and measurements.

• Knowledge of welding tools, safety standards, and fabrication processes.

• Experience in sheet metal or heavy fabrication work preferred.

• Basic understanding of quality inspection processes.

Qualification:

• ITI / Diploma in Welding, Fabrication, or related field preferred.
