a) Cleanliness – Need to clean by self, the entire area under his operation.

c) Punctuality – To be at work place 10 mins before the work timing.

d) Flexibility – Sharing other’s work when having less work on hand.

e) Efficiency

- Measure time required for one welding.

- Hourly & Daily monitoring of the welding done & its reporting.

- Working at 100% efficiency.

- Think alternatives to reduce the time per welding.

- Think how better and better quality welding can be done.

f) Multi Skilling – Learning related other work areas, to help flexibility & efficiency.

g) Communication - Need to be highly communicative.

Education

a) ITI in Welding plus

b) TIG/MIG welder certification/ Boiler grade welding quality certification.

Experience

a) 3-4 Year experience.

b) Should come with photos of welding done for various critical applications like boiler parts welding.
