Below are the partitioned requirements for each specific role. Please mention the role you are applying for during the interview.

PARTITION 1: MIG Welder (10 Open Positions)

• Salary: ₹20,000/month

• Responsibilities:

  • Perform MIG (Metal Inert Gas) welding on Stainless Steel (SS) and Mild Steel (MS) sheets.

  • Execute both curve and flat welding as per job requirements and drawings.

  • Set up and adjust MIG welding equipment parameters (voltage, wire feed, gas flow).

  • Inspect welds for quality and structural integrity.

• Specific Skills: MIG Welding, SS/MS Welding, Equipment Setup, Weld Inspection.

PARTITION 2: TIG Welder (10 Open Positions)

• Salary: ₹20,000/month

• Responsibilities:

  • Perform high-precision TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas) welding on SS and MS sheets.

  • Execute precision curve and flat welding per engineering specifications.

  • Set up TIG welding equipment including the tungsten electrode, filler material, and gas flow.

  • Ensure clean, defect-free welds with proper penetration and fusion.

• Specific Skills: TIG Welding, Precision Welding, Tungsten Electrode Handling, Metallurgy basics.

PARTITION 3: Laser Welder (10 Open Positions)

• Salary: ₹22,000/month

• Responsibilities:

  • Operate laser welding machines on MS and SS sheets for high-skill, technology-driven welding.

  • Set up laser welding parameters as per job specifications and material type.

  • Ensure precise weld placement and consistent quality across all joints.

  • Strictly follow all laser safety protocols and wear appropriate protective equipment.

• Specific Skills: Laser Welding Operations, Parameter Setup, Laser Safety Standards, Quality Inspection.
