Job Responsibilities

Perform Argon (TIG) welding on stainless steel, mild steel, and metal components
Read and understand fabrication drawings and welding requirements
Ensure clean, strong, and visually acceptable welds
Handle grinding, finishing, and basic fit-up work
Maintain welding machines, tools, and safety standards
Work closely with fabricators and supervisors to meet production targets
Follow quality and safety guidelines on the shop floor

Requirements

Proven experience as an Argon / TIG Welder
Good knowledge of welding techniques, joints, and finishes
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Attention to detail and commitment to quality
