Key Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality welding for MS/SS tanks, pipelines, skids, frames, and plant structures.

• Welding operations including MIG, TIG, ARC, and gas cutting as per project requirement.

• Fabrication and assembly of STP, ETP, WTP, and RO plant components.

• Fit-up and welding of MS/SS pipelines (butt-weld, socket weld, flange joints).

• Fabrication of storage tanks, pressure vessels, supports, handrails, ladders, platforms.

• Read and interpret technical drawings, P&ID, fabrication drawings, isometric drawings.

• Ensure weld quality meets WPS and industry standards.

• Conduct pre-welding and post-welding quality checks (visual inspection, grinding, finishing).

• Maintain all welding equipment and ensure safe working practices.

• Work with fabrication team and site installation team for timely project completion.

Skills & Qualifications:

• 2–8 years experience in welding for industrial fabrication & water treatment projects.

• Strong knowledge of MS, SS 304, SS 316 welding.

• Ability to handle pipeline welding with good root and finishing welds.

• Must be able to read fabrication drawings, isometrics, tank drawings.

• ITI / Diploma in Welding / Fabrication preferred.

• Good understanding of PPE and welding safety standards.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in STP/ETP/WTP fabrication.

• Experience in tank fabrication and pipeline erection.

• Certification in welding (MIG/TIG/ARC) will be an added advantage.
