Welder

We are looking for a Welder to join our team at Gabriel Motorcycle. The role involves operating machinery, assembling products, and maintaining quality standards on the production floor. This position offers an in-hand salary of 20,000/- to 30,000/- and an opportunity to be part of a growing and essential industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Fabrication and welding of motorcycle parts such as frames, subframes, brackets, exhausts, and accessories

• Perform MIG / TIG welding on mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminum

• Read and understand basic fabrication drawings or work from design concepts

• Modify existing motorcycle parts to fit custom builds

• Ensure high-quality finish, strength, and durability of fabricated components

• Work closely with the design and mechanical team to execute custom projects

• Maintain tools, equipment, and workshop safety standards

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a welder/fabricator (automotive or motorcycle industry preferred)

• Strong skills in MIG and TIG welding

• Ability to measure, cut, shape, and assemble metal parts accurately

• Basic understanding of motorcycle structure and geometry is a plus

• Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

• Ability to work independently as well as in a team
