We are looking for a Welder to join our team at Excel India Tech. The role involves operating machinery, assembling products and maintaining quality standards on the production floor. This position offers an in-hand salary of ₹18,000 - ₹25,000 and an opportunity to be part of a growing and essential industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Welding Operations: Perform MIG, TIG, ARC, or CO₂/Gas welding based on project specifications.
Cut, grind, fit, clean, and assemble metal parts before starting the welding process.
Blueprint Interpretation: Read and interpret engineering drawings, fabrication blueprints, and welding symbols.

• Quality Control: Inspect welded joints for strength, accuracy, and structural integrity, repairing any defects when necessary.

• Equipment Maintenance: Maintain welding machines, grinders, tools, and ensure a clean, organized work area.

• Safety Compliance: Follow strict company safety rules and correctly use personal protective equipment (PPE).

• Team Coordination: Work alongside supervisors and production staff to meet daily targets and complete projects on schedule

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is below 10th and 6 months - 1 years of experience in manufacturing or a related field. Attention to detail, physical stamina and ability to follow instructions are very important for this role.
