Welder

We’re looking for a multi-skilled field champion who can weld strong structures and handle solar installation work like a boss. If sparks + solar panels are your comfort zone, welcome to the team.

Job Responsibilities

• Welding work for solar mounting structures, MS frames, sheets

• Rooftop solar installation (Residential & Commercial)

• Panel mounting, structure fixing, and basic alignment

• Support in on-grid / off-grid solar plant installation

• Assist team with site execution and material handling

• Follow safety standards and site protocols (non-negotiable)

Requirements

• 1–3 years experience in welding and/or solar installation

• Knowledge of ARC / MIG welding

• Basic understanding of solar panels & mounting systems

• Comfortable with height work and rooftop sites

• Team player with a get-things-done mindset
