Executive - Warehouse Job Title : Warehouse Executive - Naroda Plant Location : Ingersoll rand Naroda Plant Job Summary: Warehouse Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day warehouse operations for GLI parts execution, ensuring efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of materials. The role supports inventory, compliance with company standards, and timely availability of materials against customer orders, aligning with Ingersoll Rand’s safety, quality, and lean principles. Responsibilities: Independently Drive GLI revenue for Aftermarket and communicate daily with Channel partners & sales team for Parts order clearance & resolve queries. MTS Forecasting of parts to ensure timely delivery of spare parts available to customer. Material Planning for Warehouse parts business of IR India. Maintain all KPIs which are directly affecting to NAT( Revenue/Inventory/LOH productivity) Manage IRI-GLI Shipments from NAT. Logistic activities to ensure parts business to run smoothly from warehouse to customer place. Monitor slow-moving and obsolete inventory as well as STS & FG. Support periodic physical stock audits and implement corrective actions. Communicate with Customers, transporters, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely movement of materials & order fulfillment. Qualifications: Graduate in Mechanical Engineering with 3-7 Years of Experience. Key Competencies: Strong attention to detail and data accuracy. Team player with good communication and problem-solving skills. Safety and process-oriented mindset. Ability to work under minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment Good understanding of ERP/ SAP Systems Ingersoll Rand Inc.
