Experience: 2–3 Years
Qualification :-
ITI – Turner / Machinist
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
Gender Preference: Male
Salary / CTC: As per company norms (Per Day)
Job Summary :-
We are looking for a skilled VMC/CNC Operator with hands-on experience in operating Fanuc
controlled machines. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of machine operations,
tool setting, engineering drawings, and quality inspection to ensure accurate and efficient
production.
Key Responsibilities :-
Operate Fanuc-controlled VMC/CNC machines efficiently.
Perform tool setting and offset adjustments.
Read and interpret engineering drawings.
Conduct first-piece inspection before production.
Use measuring instruments to ensure dimensional accuracy.
Perform routine machine checks and basic maintenance.
Maintain quality standards and follow safety procedures.
Ensure smooth production with minimum downtime.
Required Skills
Hands-on experience with Fanuc-controlled VMC/CNC machines.
Knowledge of tool setting and offset correction.
Ability to read technical and engineering drawings.
Basic troubleshooting and machine maintenance skills.
Good attention to detail and commitment to quality.
