Education & Experience
High School Diploma or equivalent; technical certification or an associate degree in a related field is preferred.
Candidate should be capable of setting and operating machines with minimal supervision.
Proven experience in programming and operating Vertical Machining Centers (VMC).
Strong working knowledge of Mastercam is required.
Prior experience in a manufacturing/machining environment is required.
Key Skills
Proficiency in Mastercam software and VMC programming.
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
Ability to read and interpret technical/mechanical drawings.
Knowledge of quality control processes and measuring instruments.
Good attention to detail and ability to work with precision.
Ability to independently handle machine setting, programming and operations.
