VMC Machine operator

Position – VMC Operator cum Programmer

Experience – 2~6 years

Offered ctc – 25K~40K

Location – Sec 37, Gurgaon

Role & responsibilities 

We are looking for a skilled VMC Programmer cum Operator with hands-on experience in Delcam software and Fanuc-controlled VMC machines. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in programming (2D, 3D, Multi-Axis), setting up machines, selecting cutting tools, and ensuring high-precision machining for new product development and production.

Key Responsibilities

· CNC Programming

· Develop 2D, 3D, and multi-axis tool paths using Delcam software.

· Optimize programs for efficient machining and minimal tool wear.

· Machine Operation

· Set up and operate VMC machines

· Perform zero-setting, tool offsets, and job inspection as per drawings.

· Tool Selection & Setup

· Plan setups and select appropriate cutting tools for different materials and components.

· Ensure optimal machining parameters for quality and productivity.

· Quality Assurance

· Ensure precision machining and adherence to tight tolerances.

· Work with the quality team to meet customer requirements and reduce rework.

· Production Planning & Control

· Coordinate with the production team for job scheduling and timely delivery.

· Support continuous improvement in machining processes and cycle time reduction.

· Problem Solving & Troubleshooting

· Identify and resolve machining or tooling issues on the shop floor.

· Suggest improvements in programs, tools, or setups.

Preferred candidate profile 

· Software Skills: Delcam (mandatory)

· Machine Knowledge: VMC with HASS/Fanuc Controller

· Experience: 3 to 8 years in VMC programming and operation

· Strong understanding of cutting tools, feeds & speeds, and toolpath optimization
