Operate VMC machines with Siemens CNC controllers.
Read and understand engineering drawings and component specifications.
Perform machine setting, tool setting, and job loading/unloading.
Understand and execute CNC/VMC programs and make minor program corrections when required.
Set tool offsets, work offsets, and cutting parameters.
Check first-piece and in-process dimensions using measuring instruments.
Use vernier caliper, micrometer, height gauge, bore gauge, etc.
Maintain required production quantity and quality standards.
Identify machining defects and take corrective action.
Monitor tool condition and replace tools when required.
Maintain machine cleanliness and follow preventive maintenance practices.
Follow company safety rules, PPE requirements, and standard operating procedures.
Maintain production and inspection records.
Coordinate with the Supervisor/Production Engineer for production-related issues
