VMC मशीन ऑपरेटर

We are looking for a VMC Machine operator to join our team at Garden's Need Private Limited. VMC (Vertical Machining Center) machine operations involve using a vertically oriented spindle to perform high-precision cutting, such as milling, drilling, tapping, and boring on a stationary workpiece. This position offers an in-hand salary of ₹15000 - ₹25000 and an opportunity to be part of a growing and essential industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Machine Set-Up & Operation: Set up, calibrate, and operate VMC machines to produce components according to blueprints and technical specifications.

• Programming & Editing: Create, modify, and troubleshoot programming for optimal machine performance.

• Quality Inspection: Use precision measuring instruments (vernier, micrometer) to inspect parts and ensure they meet tolerance standards.

• Tooling & Maintenance: Select, install, and adjust tools. Perform preventative maintenance and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions.

• Safety & Efficiency: Adhere to safety protocols, maintain a clean work area, and monitor production to maximize output

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Diploma or ITI and 3 - 6 years of experience in manufacturing or a related field. Attention to detail, physical stamina and ability to follow instructions are very important for this role.
