Vehicle Quality Inspector (Electric 2 Wheeler)
• Conduct vehicle quality inspections and End-of-Line (EOL) quality audits.
• Inspect vehicle assembly, electrical systems, wiring harness and overall vehicle integration.
• Check EV components including Battery Pack, Motor, Controller, BMS, Charger & Wiring Harness.
• Verify software versions and diagnostic fault codes using approved diagnostic tools.
• Support prototype, pilot builds and vehicle validation activities.
• Coordinate with Manufacturing, Engineering, Supplier Quality and Service teams for quality issues.
• Perform Root Cause Analysis using 8D, 5 Why, Fishbone & Pareto Analysis.
• Support implementation and verification of CAPA.
• Inspect incoming EV parts and components whenever required.
• Support supplier quality audits and corrective action validation.
• Monitor quality performance of critical EV components.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and reduction of vehicle defects.
