Designation: Trainee Operator – Grinding
Machines: Centerless Grinding and Internal Grinding Machines
Job Summary
We are looking for Trainee Operators to work on Centerless and Internal Grinding Machines. Candidates with a willingness to learn and basic mathematical skills can apply.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in operating Centerless and Internal Grinding Machines.
Support machine loading, unloading and component handling.
Learn basic machine operation and grinding processes.
Check component dimensions using basic measuring instruments.
Follow quality standards, safety procedures and work instructions.
Maintain cleanliness and discipline at the workplace.
Eligibility Criteria
Qualification: No formal educational qualification required.
Basic Mathematics: Must be able to perform basic arithmetic calculations.
Experience: Freshers can apply; prior experience in grinding operations is an added advantage.
Skills: Willingness to learn, attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Work Environment: Willingness to work in a manufacturing environment and in shifts, as required.
