njection Molding Tool Maker – Job Description

Position: Injection Mold Tool Maker

Location: Gurugram / Noida

Department: Tool Room / Production

Salary: Depend on Interview & Experience

Job Responsibilities:

• Injection molding mold/tool manufacturing, fitting and assembly

• Mold maintenance and breakdown handling

• Core, cavity, slider and ejector fitting work

• CNC, Milling, Grinding, EDM machines handling

• Mold trial and troubleshooting

• Drawing reading and measurement checking

• Production support and mold improvement work

• Preventive maintenance of molds

• Polishing and finishing of mold parts

Required Skills:

• Experience in Plastic Injection Mold Tool Room

• Mold fitting and repairing knowledge

• Knowledge of CNC / Milling / EDM operations

• Good understanding of technical drawings

• Measuring instruments knowledge (Vernier, Micrometer etc.)

• Problem solving skills in mold breakdown

Qualification:

• ITI / Diploma in Tool & Die Making or related field

Experience:

• 2 to 8 Years (Injection Molding Tool Room Experience Preferred)
