Job Title: Tender Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Tender Executive to manage the complete tendering process, including identifying opportunities, preparing bids, and ensuring timely submission in compliance with requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and track relevant tenders from government and private portals

Review tender documents, eligibility criteria, and technical requirements

Prepare and submit tender documents, bids, and proposals

Coordinate with internal teams for technical, commercial, and legal inputs

Handle e-tendering portals such as GeM and other procurement platforms

Prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantity), quotations, and pricing sheets

Ensure compliance with tender guidelines and deadlines

Maintain records of tenders, submissions, and outcomes

Follow up on submitted tenders and update status
