Job Summary

SUN Mobility is looking for enthusiastic and hardworking candidates to join the Battery Production team at its Unit 2 Manufacturing Plant. The role involves supporting the assembly, production, testing, and quality inspection of battery packs and related components while following all safety and manufacturing standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the assembly and production of battery packs and components.

• Perform battery production activities as per defined work instructions and SOPs.

• Handle electrical and mechanical components with proper care and safety precautions.

• Carry out basic testing and inspection of batteries and components.

• Identify and report production defects or quality issues to the supervisor.

• Ensure proper usage and maintenance of tools, equipment, and workstations.

• Follow production targets and support the team in achieving daily output requirements.

• Maintain proper documentation and production records.

• Follow all safety, quality, and housekeeping standards on the shop floor.

• Support continuous improvement activities to improve productivity and quality.

Required Qualification

• ITI / Diploma

• Preferred trades: Any ITI and Diploma, Freshers can also apply
  

Experience

• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

• Experience in battery manufacturing, EV manufacturing, automobile assembly, electronics manufacturing, or production/assembly will be an added advantage.

Skills & Competencies

• Basic understanding of electrical and mechanical components.

• Interest in manufacturing and EV technology.

• Ability to follow SOPs and work instructions.

• Good attention to quality and safety.

• Ability to work in a team and meet production targets.

• Willingness to work in shifts.

Working Conditions

• Manufacturing/shop-floor-based role.

• Candidates should be comfortable working in rotational shifts.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
