Technical Trainer

We are looking for a Technical Trainer to join our team at Smart Skills Training Private Limited. The role involves delivering technical training, handling manpower, supporting employee skill development, and ensuring effective training delivery as per company requirements. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to a growing organization and develop technical talent within the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver technical training to employees, trainees, and new joiners as per company requirements

• Plan and conduct practical and theoretical training sessions

• Handle and coordinate manpower during training and production-related activities

• Demonstrate technical processes, equipment operations, and work procedures

• Evaluate trainees' technical knowledge, practical skills, and performance

• Maintain training records, attendance, assessments, and other required documentation

• Support technical skill development and continuous improvement initiatives

• Coordinate with production and technical teams for effective training delivery

• Assist in technical training for new processes, tools, equipment, and manufacturing practices

• Ensure training activities are conducted in accordance with company safety and quality standards

Job Requirements:

• Qualification: Diploma or B.Tech in Automotive / Mechanical Engineering

• Age: 24 to 35 years

• Experience: 0 to 6 years; Freshers and experienced candidates can apply

• Good manpower handling and team coordination skills

• Ability to deliver technical training effectively

• Good communication and presentation skills

• Basic computer knowledge and documentation skills

• Strong technical understanding with the ability to explain concepts clearly

• Good interpersonal skills and a willingness to work with trainees and production teams

• Attention to detail and ability to follow company procedures and safety standards

Salary: In-hand salary as per company standards and candidate experience.
