Team Manager / Line Incharge - Export Operations

TM/LINE INCHARGE-EXPORT Function Operations Pay Band M3 to M5 Role As the TM/LINE INCHARGE-EXPORT you will be part of the Operations and will report to the Section Head - Export. The purpose of your role will be to ensure production packing & dispatches of consignments A purpose driven role for you Your key Responsibilities will include, but not limited to: 1.New model packing development preparation 2.Line balancing for productive packaging & quality SOP adherence & knowledge of problem solving 7 QC tools 3.SAP transaction for quarterly inventories of FG, Perpetual & consumables, 4.SAP transaction for stock picking, Excise and Truck / Container documentation eg E Way bill, GRN etc 5.Packaging consumables MBOM booking and scheduling the arrival MOQ with COZY clearance on daily dispatches 6.Santie knowledge, Safety – HIRA sheet, KYT sheet, OPL preparation 7.Knowledge of digital applications & SOP preparation 8.Parts identification model wise to arrest defect flow to GB market A Day in the life To ensure production packing & dispatches of consignments Academic Qualification & Experience - B.Tech in mechanical Engg or Diploma in Mechnical Engg - 6 - 8 years relevant experience Technical Skills/Knowledge 1.Hands on experience of SAP transaction 2.Detailed understaing of Excise compliances 3.Good presentation skill 4.Knowledge of QC tools 5.Knowledge of JIT Behavioural Skills 1.Adaptable & expressive towards innovative ideas 2.Positive & task achieving 3.Good Interpersonal Skill 4.Punctual & responsive. 5.Conflict Management What will it be like to work for Hero As the world’s largest manufacturer of motorcycles and scooters for the last 22 years , Hero is where you will get to work with the brightest innovators, passionate about being the best in what they do.
