Production Supervision & Planning:
Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the daily activities of operators working on rubber compounding, mouldings (compression/injection), trimming, washing, and sterilization machines.
Ensure production schedules are met, adjusting workflows as needed to meet deadlines.
Monitor, run, and approve trial pieces/samples before full-scale production begins.
Quality Control & Assurance:
Ensure all rubber stoppers meet required technical specifications (dimensions, hardness, cleanliness) and comply with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) standards.
Inspect raw materials (rubber, chemicals) and monitor in-process materials to ensure quality.
Identify defects, determine causes, and initiate corrective actions, including holding non-conforming materials.
Machine & Process Optimization:
Provide guidance on setting up, operating, and repairing machinery (mouldings machines, cutting machines).
Oversee the mixing of rubber compounds and ensure proper material usage to minimize waste.
Team Management & Safety:
Train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols (handling rubber additives, using PPE) and maintain a clean, hygienic production floor to prevent contamination.
Manage personnel, including scheduling shifts, monitoring performance, and recommending personnel actions.
Reporting & Documentation:
Maintain accurate, detailed records of production data, machine performance,

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Experience: Proven experience in a manufacturing supervisory role, ideally with specific knowledge of rubber compounding, moulding, or plastic/rubber product manufacturing.
Technical Knowledge: Understanding of rubber materials, curing, moulding, and quality control procedures.
Leadership: Strong team management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Education: Typically, a Diploma in Polymer Science, Rubber Technology, or equivalent technical education. Any Graduation filed.
Working Conditions:
Requires standing for long periods and working in a fast-paced environment.
May involve working on shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Salary criteria 15k to 20k
