Job Title: Factory Supervisor / Production Supervisor

Location: Factory Site

Working Hours:

• 7 days working

• 12-hour shift (8:00 AM – 8:00 PM / 8:00 PM – 8:00 AM)

• Rotational Day & Night Shifts

Job Summary:

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Factory Supervisor to manage daily shop-floor operations, labour handling, and production execution. The supervisor will be accountable for manpower discipline, production targets, safety, and smooth coordination between workers and management.

Key Responsibilities:

Labour Management:

• Supervise and manage factory labour during shifts

• Ensure worker discipline, attendance, and proper shift allocation

• Handle labour issues, conflicts, and productivity concerns on the shop floor

• Train workers on job methods, safety practices, and machine handling

Production & Operations:

• Execute daily production plans as per management targets

• Monitor production output, quality, and wastage

• Ensure machines and manpower are optimally utilized

• Coordinate with maintenance team for machine breakdowns

• Maintain production logs, shift reports, and labour records

Quality & Safety:

• Ensure adherence to quality standards and SOPs

• Enforce safety rules and use of PPE on the shop floor

• Report accidents, near misses, and unsafe practices immediately

Coordination & Reporting:

• Report daily production status to management

• Coordinate with stores, dispatch, and maintenance teams

• Support implementation of process improvements and efficiency initiatives

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 2–5 years experience as Factory / Production Supervisor

• Experience in manufacturing / rolling mill / steel / industrial plant preferred

• Strong labour-handling and people management skills

• Ability to work long hours and rotational shifts

• Basic knowledge of production planning, safety norms, and quality control

• Ability to maintain discipline and meet production deadlines
