Job Title: Production Supervisor

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Production Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing operations in the valves and fittings industry. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient production processes, maintaining quality standards, and managing shop floor activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage day-to-day production activities on the shop floor

• Ensure production targets are achieved within deadlines

• Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with company standards

• Handle manpower planning and workforce supervision

• Coordinate with different departments like Quality, Maintenance, and Stores

• Maintain production reports and documentation

• Ensure proper utilization of machinery and resources

• Implement safety guidelines and maintain a safe working environment

• Identify process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce wastage

Requirements:

• Experience in valves and fittings industry will prefer

• Proven experience as a Production Supervisor or similar role in a manufacturing setup

• Good knowledge of production processes, quality control, and safety standards

• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, reporting)

• Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines

Preferred Candidate:

• Immediate joiners will be given preference

• Candidates based in or near Vasai preferred
