Office Timings: 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Job Description:
Banflex Cables is seeking a diligent and proactive Production Supervisor to oversee daily operations in our manufacturing unit. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth production processes while maintaining quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Extrusion Machine Supervisor - Oversee a line or shift, manage operators, ensure output targets and quality.
Incoming Quality Inspector - Inspect raw materials (copper conductors, PVC/XLPE compounds) before production.
In-Process Quality Checker - Monitor product quality at each stage of the extrusion and stranding process.
Final Product Testing - Conduct electrical and dimensional tests before dispatch (Multimeter, Megger, Vernier etc.)
Maintenance Support Supervisor - Coordinate preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.
