Responsible for managing day-to-day store operations, inventory control, stock movement, and store staff to ensure smooth and efficient functioning of the store.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily store operations and ensure proper organization of stock.
Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and products.
Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock verification.
Monitor stock levels and arrange timely replenishment to avoid shortages.
Issue materials/products as per approved requirements and maintain proper documentation.
Coordinate with purchase, sales, warehouse, and other departments.
Manage and supervise store staff and allocate daily duties.
Ensure proper storage, labeling, stacking, and handling of materials.
Monitor damaged, expired, or slow-moving stock and report accordingly.
Prepare stock reports, inventory statements, and other store-related documents.
Maintain proper records of GRN, issue slips, invoices, and stock transfers.
Ensure cleanliness, safety, and security of the store.
Minimize stock loss, damage, and discrepancies.
Use inventory management software, ERP systems, POS, and MS Excel for store operations.
Resolve stock-related issues and support management in improving store efficiency.
