Job Summary
The Store Executive will be responsible for managing material inventory, maintaining stock records, coordinating with site teams, and ensuring timely availability of materials for projects.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain proper records of inward and outward materials.
Monitor stock levels and inform management about low inventory.
Coordinate with procurement and site teams for material requirements.
Ensure proper storage and handling of materials.
Prepare GRN (Goods Receipt Note) and maintain stock registers.
Conduct regular physical stock verification.
Maintain vendor bills and documentation.
Ensure proper labeling and systematic arrangement of materials.
Handle material dispatch to sites as per requirement.
Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the store area.
Required Skills
Basic knowledge of inventory management.
Familiarity with MS Excel and basic computer operations.
Good organizational and record-keeping skills.
Attention to detail.
Ability to coordinate with different departments.
Basic understanding of Furniture/interior materials (preferred).
