Store Executive

We are looking for a Store Executive to join our team at Evershine Build India Private Limited. The role involves operating machinery, assembling products and maintaining quality standards on the production floor.

Job Description:

• Should be able to Maintain records of the material received and dispatched.

• Responsible for inventory managements at factory between departments.

• He will be responsible for Daily Issue of materials, handling Purchase Orders, Invoices & other documentations related to Inventory.

• Should have Knowledge and will be responsible for maintaining the records of indents, physical materials (physical stock verification and also records in software / MS office).

• Based on the requirement received from departments/manager should be able procure required material and process the loading and unloading of the materials.

• Should be able to take care of Logistics for dispatching materials internally and external and keeping track of the same.

• Should maintain MIS records and submit reports to management.

• Follow FIFO/LIFO method of maintaining inventory.

• Should be able to work under pressure & flexible.

  Qualification and Skills:

• Graduate in any field

• 2-3 years of experience in managing warehouse operations / Invoicing / Basic GST guidelines.

• Should have hands-on experience in store management and accounting

• Experience in Managing Logistics

• Knowledge of MS Office & accounting software’s such as Tally

• Willing to work at Long / Odd hours or in shifts

• Able to Manage Labour / Logistics / Documentation & Overall hygiene
