Job Description – Store Executive

Designation: Store Executive
Department: Store / Warehouse
Location: Noida
Experience: 6 months–2 Years

Job Responsibilities

• Receive and verify incoming material as per purchase order/invoice.

• Maintain proper inward and outward material entries.

• Maintain stock records manually and in Tally/Excel.

• Prepare and maintain Material Issue Slips (MIS).

• Issue material to production, service and other departments as required.

• Maintain daily stock register and ensure physical stock matches system records.

• Check and maintain proper storage and identification of materials.

• Coordinate with purchase, production, service and accounts teams regarding material requirements.

• Assist in regular physical stock verification.

• Maintain proper documentation of all store transactions.

• Report shortages, excess stock or damaged material to the Store Incharge.

• Perform other store-related duties assigned by the management.

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of Tally and MS Excel.

• Comfortable with manual entries and record keeping.

• Basic computer knowledge.

• Good knowledge of stock/inventory handling.

• Good attention to detail and accuracy.

• Basic communication and coordination skills.

Qualification

12th Pass / ITI / Diploma preferred.

Note: Fresher candidates with basic Tally, Excel and good learning ability can also apply.
