Solution Engineer

Solution Engineer ( Level 2) Position: Solution Engineer ( Level 2) Job Description: • Key Responsibilities • Serve as the go-to expert for specific sub-solutions (Motor Control, Power Supply, Machine Vision, Security etc) and/or technologies ( eg power electronics, embedded systems, connectivity, sensors, signal processing, AI at the edge) • Collaborate with solution architects to create technical collateral, including application briefs, block diagrams, whitepapers, solution guides, and presentations. • Design and validate electronic solutions that address customer design challenges and application requirements. • Provide detailed technical input to ensure accuracy, completeness, and relevance of published materials • Work closely with eInfochips engineering teams, technology experts, and suppliers to integrate best-in-class components and solutions. • Ensure solutions are aligned with company strategy, supplier roadmaps, and market trends. • Deliver technical training for internal teams, helping them understand solution design considerations, trade-offs, and value propositions. • Support external webinars, workshops, and customer presentations to position the company as a technology leader. • Stay up to date with emerging technologies, industry standards, and application trends. • Required Skills and Experience • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field. • Strong hands-on experience designing electronic circuits, systems, or embedded solutions for real-world applications. • Expertise in at least one key technology area (e.g., power electronics, embedded systems, connectivity, sensors, signal processing, AI at the edge). • Ability to translate customer requirements into practical design solutions and reference architectures. • Strong communication skills, able to explain complex technical topics to diverse audiences. • Collaborative mindset with experience working in cross-functional, global teams.
