Site Supervisor

Job Overview: 

We are looking for an experienced and technically strong Site Supervisor to manage crane service operations, maintenance, and customer relationships. The role combines hands-on technical work with business development responsibilities in the crane service domain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle on-site execution of crane rail installation projects.

• Supervise and manage site workforce/labour teams for timely project completion.

• Ensure quality installation as per project specifications and safety standards.

• Read and interpret engineering drawings and site layouts accurately.

• Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and vendors for smooth project execution.

• Monitor project progress and maintain daily site reports.

• Ensure adherence to safety norms and compliance at site.

• Handle customer coordination and ensure high customer satisfaction.

• Travel to project sites across India along with the team as required.

Required Skills & Expertise:

• Strong knowledge of crane rail installation and alignment.

• Experience in port crane / industrial crane projects preferred.

• Ability to manage teams and multiple site activities.

• Good understanding of project execution and site coordination.

• Ability to interpret technical drawings and layouts.

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Hands-on experience in crane rail installation projects.

• Experience in handling site teams and labour workforce.

• Willingness to travel extensively across PAN India Sea Port locations.
