Job Title: Service Manager – Technical Manufacturing

Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Service Manager-Technical to lead our service operations within the technical manufacturing sector. This role is responsible for managing a team of field service engineers and technicians, ensuring top-tier service delivery, technical support, and customer satisfaction across all post-sales functions.
Key Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of service technicians and engineers.
Oversee the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of manufacturedequipment at customer sites.
Coordinate with production, Automation, R&D, and quality teams to resolve technicalissues and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring excellent technicalservice and support. Manage spare parts inventory and service tools.
Handle escalations and support complex technical problem-solving.
Prepare service reports, budgets, forecasts, and performance reviews.
Training Sessions and knowledge sharing across the team.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Electronic engineering
5+ years of experience in a service or technical support role in the manufacturing orindustrial equipment industry.
Proven experience in leading a technical team.
Strong mechanical, electronics, or automation systems background.
Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
One Ability to travel to customer sites as needed (domestic/international).
Age: Up to 35 to 40 years
