Job Responsibility of Service Co-Ordinator
1. Position -Service Co-Ordinator
2. Location -Head office Vasai East
3. Reports to- Service manager
4.Key relationships - Customer handling , customer relationship management , CRM software handling experience , ERP software handling experience ,basic knowledge of MS Office.
5.Key Responsibility- Assessment of the development of service plans based on service workflow Providing Guidance and Supports to Engineers Monitoring Engineer’s performance and Providing Training and feedback on Areas of improvement needed Research, identification and review the records and metrics to understand Overall performance of the department.
6.Desirable capabilities and Competencies- Ability to coordinate multiple tasks, Prioritizing Workloads, and Communicate effectively with both client and Team Members.
7.Experience- Min 1~2 year experience Service Electronic Industry Previous Service and management experience may be advantageous.
8. Qualification-Technical Background Diploma and Above
9. Age- Age up to 21 to 40 years
