Job Summary

The Service Engineer will be responsible for installation support, maintenance, troubleshooting, and customer service for Varadom’s automated vehicle wash systems. The role focuses on ensuring maximum machine uptime and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of vehicle wash systems.

• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, PLC, sensor, and control panel issues.

• Support machine installation, commissioning, and performance testing.

• Provide technical support and operator training to customers.

• Maintain service reports and ensure timely spare parts requirements.

• Coordinate with stores and purchase teams for service-related materials.

• Travel to customer sites for service and emergency support.

Required Skills

• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and automation systems.

• Ability to read electrical and hydraulic schematics.

• Hands-on experience with tools, multimeters, and measuring instruments.

• Understanding of industrial safety practices and troubleshooting techniques.

• Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer-handling skills.

• Willingness to travel extensively across India.

Preferred Experience - Experience in servicing industrial machinery, automotive equipment, vehicle wash systems, pumps, compressors, or automation equipment.
