We are looking for a Service Engineer to install, maintain, and service manufacturing equipment at customer sites. The role involves troubleshooting technical issues, performing preventive maintenance, and ensuring smooth operation of machines to minimize downtime.
Install, commission, and test manufacturing equipment at client locations
Perform routine maintenance and preventive service as per schedule
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, or electronic faults
Repair or replace faulty components to ensure equipment uptime
Respond to breakdown calls and provide timely on-site support
Maintain service reports, job cards, and maintenance records
Coordinate with internal teams for spare parts and technical support
Train customers on basic machine operation and maintenance
Follow safety standards and company service procedures
ITI/Diploma Electrical, Electronics, or related field
Basic knowledge of industrial machinery and equipment
Understanding of mechanical, electrical, or control systems
Willingness to travel to customer sites
Good communication and customer-handling skills
Basic computer skills for report preparation
Fresher or 0–1 years of experience in equipment servicing or maintenance
Knowledge of PLCs, sensors, motors, or hydraulics (basic level)
Experience in field service or manufacturing environment (if any)
