Job Purpose:

To plan, design, supervise, and execute the installation, commissioning, and optimization of conveyor systems within the manufacturing facility, ensuring efficiency, safety, and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning & Design

Review layout drawings and process requirements for conveyor systems
Prepare technical specifications and installation plans
Coordinate with design, production, and vendor teams
Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety norms

2. Installation & Execution

Supervise installation of conveyor components (belts, rollers, motors, gearboxes, frames)
Ensure proper alignment, leveling, and assembly
Monitor contractor/vendor work and ensure quality standards
Track project timelines and resolve on-site issues

3. Commissioning & Testing

Conduct trial runs and performance testing
Identify and rectify mechanical faults or inefficiencies
Ensure smooth handover to operations team
