We are looking for a Senior Machine Operator ( CONDUIT PIPE ) to join our team at Dhruvansh Electricals Private Limited. The role involves operating machinery, assembling products and maintaining quality standards on the production floor. This position offers an in-hand salary of ₹20000 - ₹50000 and an opportunity to be part of a growing and essential industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate conduit pipe extrusion machine as per standard guidelines.

Perform machine setup, calibration, and changeover for different pipe sizes.

Monitor machine performance and adjust temperature, speed, pressure and other parameters as required.

Inspect products to ensure they meet quality standards and dimensions.

Perform routine cleaning, lubrication, and basic preventive maintenance.

Identify and troubleshoot minor breakdowns or production issues.

Maintain production logs, material usage records, and daily reports.

Follow all workplace safety rules and ensure machine guards and PPE usage.

Coordinate with maintenance and quality teams for continuous improvement.

Ensure raw material availability and proper material handling during production.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 4 - 6+ years of experience in manufacturing or a related field. Attention to detail, physical stamina and ability to follow instructions are very important for this role.
