Location-Noida/Pune/Chennai/Mumbai/Bangalore/Hyderabad JJob Summary We are seeking an experienced SAP PP/QM Consultant with 12+ years of expertise in SAP Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM) modules. The ideal candidate should possess strong functional knowledge in manufacturing processes, production planning, quality inspection, process optimization, and SAP S/4HANA implementations. The candidate will be responsible for designing, configuring, implementing, and supporting SAP PP/QM solutions aligned with business and operational requirements. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities • Lead SAP PP/QM implementation, rollout, upgrade, and support projects. • Gather and analyze business requirements related to production planning and quality management. • Configure and support SAP PP functionalities including: o Demand Management o Material Requirement Planning (MRP) o Production Orders o Bill of Materials (BOM) o Work Centers & Routing o Capacity Planning o Shop Floor Control • Configure and support SAP QM processes including: o Quality Planning o Quality Inspection o Inspection Lots o Quality Notifications o Vendor Quality Management o Audit Management • Integrate SAP PP/QM with SAP MM, SD, PM, WM/EWM, and FI modules. • Support SAP S/4HANA migration and digital manufacturing initiatives. • Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with ABAP developers for custom enhancements. • Conduct SIT, UAT, regression testing, and production deployment activities. • Provide post-production support and resolve critical issues within SLA timelines. • Develop process documentation, training materials, and conduct end-user training sessions. • Mentor junior consultants and support project governance activities.
