Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic professional for the position of GM / VP Sales – Curd & Paneer to lead sales operations, business expansion, and revenue growth across Western UP & Delhi NCR region. The candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing key accounts, distributor networks, and driving overall business performance in the dairy category.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead overall sales operations for Curd & Paneer business.
· Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business targets.
· Manage distributor, dealer, and key account relationships.
· Drive market expansion and business development activities.
· Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
· Ensure achievement of revenue, volume, and profitability targets.
· Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and production teams.
· Build and lead high-performing sales teams across the region.
· Monitor sales performance and prepare MIS reports for management review.
Required Skills
· Strong leadership and strategic planning abilities.
· Extensive experience in Dairy/FMCG sales operations.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and team management skills.
· Expertise in distributor and channel sales management.
Experience
· Minimum 15+ years of experience in Dairy industry.
· Prior experience in handling Curd & Paneer category preferred.
· Candidate must have strong market exposure in Western UP & Delhi NCR.
· Proven track record in sales growth and business expansion.
· Experience in team handling at regional or zonal level preferred.
