Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Dispatch Executive to manage daily dispatch operations, order processing, delivery coordination, and documentation. The candidate should have good communication, coordination, and computer skills to ensure smooth and timely delivery of materials to customers.

Key Responsibilities

Dispatch & Logistics

• Coordinate daily dispatch activities and ensure timely delivery of materials.

• Arrange transportation and coordinate with transporters and logistics partners.

• Prepare delivery challans, invoices, packing lists, and other dispatch documents.

• Coordinate with warehouse, sales, and accounts teams for order execution.

• Track shipments and update customers regarding delivery status.

• Follow up on pending and delayed deliveries.

• Maintain accurate dispatch records and daily reports.

• Ensure correct quantity and materials are dispatched as per customer orders.
  

Order Processing & Coordination

• Verify customer purchase orders and dispatch requirements.

• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure order readiness.

• Maintain proper documentation of orders and deliveries.

• Handle customer queries related to dispatch and delivery.

• Update dispatch details in Excel or company ERP software.
  

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and email communication.

• Knowledge of Tally and ERP software is preferred.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Strong follow-up and time-management abilities.

• Attention to detail and documentation skills.

• Ability to handle multiple dispatch activities efficiently.
  

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Candidates with experience in dispatch, tele calling coordination will be preferred.

• Knowledge of Tally and ERP is an added advantage.

• Freshers with good communication and computer skills can also apply.
